Hospice Care Team Sea Turtle Program

Support includes optimizing pain & symptom management, advocating family & health care provider communication, coordinating inpatient, outpatient, and home care, bereavement and coping, and counseling​. The team is made up of highly trained Registered Nurses, Licensed Counselors, Social Workers, and Chaplains.
