Requirements for Accommodations and Special Services

1. Be enrolled as an LSCPA student

2. Apply for services

3. Provide Documentation

4. Meet with the ODS Coordinator

5. Check your email for the accommodation letter and/or confirmation of special service

Note:

An accommodation letter must be given to each instructor, each semester.

Accommodations only become effective when the student provides the instructor with an accommodation letter.

Students enrolled in online courses follow the same processes as those enrolled in on-campus classes.
