Ubi Caritas Family Medical Clinic is a freestanding nurse managed clinic that offers comprehensive care to a medically underserved and under-insured population. The Clinic offers acute, chronic, mental and behavioral health care, as well as preventative care in a family practice setting using the skills of Nurse Practitioners. A sliding scale fee structure allows anyone to receive assistance, no matter what their income is.
