Located in Austin, TX. Breath of Life is an Austin-based Christian maternity ministry that exists for the sole purpose of serving homeless pregnant women, age 18 and up, who have chosen to parent their child or plan for adoption. We not only help women prepare to care for their unborn child, but we also offer residential assistance, adoption services, and long-term support to help each woman recognize her value as a daughter of the King.

Corpus Christi Hope House


It is located in Corpus Christi, TX. To provide shelter and assistance to women and their dependent children when faced with homelessness and a crisis pregnancy situation. To give women and families the assistance, opportunity, and life skills training necessary to escape homelessness, addiction, abuse, and poverty and become caring mothers and productive community members.

The Elizabeth House


They are located in Bryan/College Station, Texas. For women 18 years of age or older up to 6 months postpartum with two children or less. Essential support services provided.



It is located in Tyler, TX.  Fatherheart is a safe place for an expectant mom to prepare for the birth of her unborn child. The home is nestled among East Texas’s piney woods on 40 acres in a peaceful country setting.

Gateway of Hope Comanche


It is located in Comanche, Texas. They will provide a hand-up and a path to independence by loving mothers and their babies for up to 36 months while providing housing, food, diapers, clothes, education, life skills, and help with GED diplomas at no cost to the mother and her child.

Guadalupe Home


It is located in San Antonio, Texas. Guadalupe Home is a transitional shelter for pregnant and parenting mothers and their babies who find themselves homeless and are interested in making a change for a hopeful future through full-time education enrollment or employment. Case management, parenting education, life skills training, and counseling are provided. For women who are 18 years or older who are Pregnant or have 1-2 children under the age of 3 years in their care

Keturah's Haven

Keturah's Haven is a Christ-centered home to assist homeless pregnant women who need to be loved, nurtured, encouraged, and supported during their pregnancy. Keturah's Haven will temporarily house pregnant women 18 to 30 years old who are homeless, about to become homeless, and those who are escaping abusive circumstances.

Live in My Shoes


They are located in Dallas, Texas. You can live there for up to nine months after the birth of your baby. Their Residential Core Team Members share their lives with you by living onsite full-time. They also provide the relational, emotional, and financial training you need for successful living, all in a community of faith, hope, and love. Must be 18 years of age or older.

The Lullaby House


They are located in Dallas, TX. The housing program provides a safe, nurturing home environment that supports pregnant and parenting teen moms. They offer programs and services that help moms thrive and learn to live independently. Their goal is to empower and equip teen moms to learn the skills and tools necessary to have a healthy and prosperous future. They accept teen moms ages 13-23 that are in the foster care system. They take young moms that are pregnant or parenting a child.

Mater Filius Dallas


They are located in Dallas Texas. Mater Filius Dallas houses only pregnant women who are 18 years old or older who lack housing at the time they seek assistance. After birth, mother and child can stay in the house for up to eight months.

Mercy House


They are located in Colleyville, Texas. Mercy House Ministries operates a maternity home in Dallas, Texas, that serves, supports, and ministers to unwed mothers. Our staff and volunteers bless the mother with pregnancy care, life skills training, and Christian discipleship. Our home is a refuge dedicated to the emotional and spiritual support of the newly developing family.
